5. Depending upon the destination of delivery, the Seller reserves the right to incorporate shipping charges as deemed appropriate by the Seller.
6. Delivery shall be made according to the date of shipment as displayed at checkout. Shaoni’s will make full efforts to deliver in accordance to the mentioned dates, but will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated.
7. You are required to create an account in order to purchase any product from the site, for the purpose of printing orders and viewing past purchases.
8. The colours seen on the computer screen may vary slightly from those of the actual items. This may be owing to monitors not being properly calibrated, lighting used during photography or a number of reasons.
9. The content displayed on the website may be subject to revision at any time by the Seller without any prior notice. The Seller is also not responsible for any content displayed on sites linked to this website.
10. Shaoni’s shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the items purchased.
11. In the event of any discrepancy between this agreement and any other agreement included with the goods, this agreement shall govern. This agreement may be modified, altered or amended without prior notice by the Seller.
12. Seller shall not be held responsible for failure of performance owing to federal, municipal or provincial action, strike or other labour trouble, fire, damage or other destruction, in whole or in part, an act of God or other circumstances not under the control of the Seller.
13. The Buyer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders shipped outside of India subjected to additional duties, fees and import taxes are to be borne by the Buyer.
14. In the case of any dissatisfaction arriving out of the purchase, you may exchange it within one week from the date on the product receipt. The saris should be returned in proper condition with all folds intact. The invoice should be included along with the good returned. Shipping charges for all returns are to be borne by the Buyer.
